Recipe by Rebekah Winscott

This pomegranate fizz mocktail is bright, bubbly, and incredibly refreshing. Made with pomegranate juice, lime, and sparkling soda water, it’s the perfect non-alcoholic drink for holidays, parties, brunch, or summer entertaining.

  • Yield4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup chilled soda water or tonic water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Lime slices, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves, optional garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or jug, combine the pomegranate juice and fresh lime juice. Stir gently until well mixed.
  2. Slowly pour in the chilled soda water or tonic water. Stir carefully to keep the drink bubbly.
  3. Add plenty of ice cubes to keep the mocktail cold and refreshing.
  4. Add the fresh pomegranate seeds and lime slices to the pitcher.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  6. Serve immediately in glasses, making sure each serving gets some of the garnishes.

Notes

  • Soda water creates a lighter drink, while tonic water adds a slightly more bitter flavor.
  • For a sweeter mocktail, use lemon-lime soda instead of sparkling water.
