Virgin Pineapple Margarita Drink
I love a drink that’s both delicious and visually stunning—but since I don’t drink alcohol, I used to feel like I was missing out on those beautiful bar-style cocktails. That’s exactly why I started creating my own mocktail recipes. My goal is simple: craft flavorful, eye-catching drinks that everyone can enjoy, no matter their age or whether they drink alcohol.
Ingredients

- Fresh pineapple chunks – Fresh gives the best flavor, but canned (drained well) works just fine
- Fresh lime juice – About 2 to 3 limes. This is what gives that classic margarita tang
- Agave syrup or honey – Start here, then taste and adjust if you like it sweeter
- Orange juice – Adds a soft sweetness and balances the tart lime
- Sparkling water or lemon Fanta – Use sparkling water for a lighter drink or soda for a sweeter, bubbly treat
- Ice cubes – For blending or serving nice and cold
- Lime wedges and pineapple slices – For garnish and that pretty, party-ready look
How to Make a Pineapple Margarita Mocktail
1. Start by adding the pineapple chunks to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and pourable. If your pineapple is a little fibrous, you can strain it through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother, more “drinkable” texture.

2. Pour the pineapple puree into a large glass or small pitcher. Add the fresh lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup or honey. Stir everything together until fully combined.

3. Slowly add the sparkling water or lemon Fanta. Stir gently just until combined. Be careful not to overmix here or you’ll lose that refreshing fizz that makes this drink so good.
4. Fill your serving glass with ice cubes. Using fresh ice helps keep the drink cold without watering it down too quickly. If you like, you can prepare the glass ahead of time by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt or sugar for that classic margarita touch.

5. Pour the pineapple mocktail mixture over the ice. Give it a quick gentle stir if needed to redistribute everything evenly.
6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of pineapple. Serve right away while it’s cold, fizzy, and at its best flavor.
