Pineapple Margarita Mocktail

A bright and refreshing pineapple margarita mocktail made with fresh pineapple, lime juice, and a splash of fizz. Perfect for parties, summer days, and family-friendly sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 to 3 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or lemon Fanta
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges and pineapple slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple chunks to a blender and blend until completely smooth. For a smoother texture, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  2. Pour the pineapple puree into a large glass or small pitcher. Add the fresh lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup or honey. Stir well until fully combined and taste to adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Slowly pour in the sparkling water or lemon Fanta. Stir gently just until combined so the drink stays light and fizzy.
  4. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes. If desired, prepare the rim with salt or sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it.
  5. Pour the pineapple mixture over the ice, garnish with lime wedges and pineapple slices, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Fresh pineapple gives the best flavor, but canned works in a pinch
  • For a frozen version, blend everything with ice until slushy
  • For a pitcher, multiply ingredients by 4 to 6 and add soda just before serving
