Watermelon slushie

This easy watermelon slushie is sweet, refreshing, and ready in just 5 minutes using simple ingredients like fresh watermelon, ice, and honey.



Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes and honey to the blender and blend until everything is well combined.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness as needed by adding more honey.
  4. Pour the watermelon slushie into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing drink!

Notes

  • Use a ripe, sweet watermelon for the best flavor
  • You can skip the honey or substitute with sugar, maple syrup, or agave
  • If it becomes watery, blend in a little more ice
