Boozy Lucky Charms Drink

Recipe by Rebekah Winscott

This creamy boozy Lucky Charms drink is a fun, festive cocktail made with Baileys, vodka, milk, ice, and a marshmallow-rimmed glass.

  • Total Time8 minutes
  • Yield1 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 50 ml Baileys Irish Cream, 1 mini bottle
  • 25 ml Deep Eddy Vodka, about 1/2 mini bottle
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Ice
  • 1 tablespoon white cookie icing
  • 10 Lucky Charms marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Fill your serving glass about halfway to three-quarters full with ice so the drink stays cold while you build it.
  2. Spread the white cookie icing around the rim of the glass, then gently press the Lucky Charms marshmallows into the icing until they stick.
  3. Pour the Baileys Irish Cream over the ice to create the sweet, creamy base of the drink.
  4. Add the vodka to the glass, then give it a gentle stir so the alcohols start to blend together.
  5. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring gently so the drink stays smooth and creamy.
  6. Add a stir stick and serve right away while cold.

Notes

  • For a sweeter drink, use vanilla vodka.
  • For a lighter drink, add an extra splash of milk.
