How to make Instant Pot hard-boiled eggs (5-5-5 method):

️⃣ Set up the Instant Pot. Place the trivet or steamer rack inside the pot.
️⃣ Add water. Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom—this creates the steam needed to cook the eggs.
️⃣ Add the eggs. Arrange eggs on the trivet in a single layer for even cooking.
️⃣ Pressure cook. Close the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
️⃣ Let pressure release. Allow a natural release for 5 minutes, then carefully quick release any remaining pressure.

️⃣ Cool immediately. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let them sit for 5 minutes to stop the cooking.
️⃣ Peel and serve. Gently peel the eggs, or store them in the fridge for later use.
