Description

Ingredients
For the Cookies:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 25 Oreos, crushed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add oil and egg, mixing until fully combined.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms, scraping the sides as needed.
- Scoop large portions of dough onto baking sheets using a large cookie scoop.
- Gently flatten into thick discs.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Frost cooled cookies and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
