Description

This blackberry mojito mocktail is fresh, fruity, and perfectly balanced with blackberries, mint, lime, agave, and sparkling water. It’s an easy non-alcoholic drink that comes together in minutes and feels extra special for summer parties, baby showers, or a relaxing afternoon at home.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and extra blackberries for garnish

Instructions

  1.  In a cocktail shaker or sturdy jug, muddle the fresh blackberries and mint leaves together until they release their juices and aroma.
  2. Cut the lime in half and squeeze in the juice, removing any seeds.
  3. Add the agave syrup and stir well to combine.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the blackberry and mint mixture over the ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water, leaving a little space at the top.
  7. Stir gently to combine the flavors without losing too much fizz.
  8. Drop a few extra blackberries into the glass.
  9. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wedge if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a smoother drink, strain the mixture before pouring over ice.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving for the best bubbles.
